Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high order volumes or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout if applicable. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
